Harvest Festival: Planting seeds of Knowledge and Fostering Resilience

The UIC Heritage Garden is hosting the Fifth Annual Harvest Fest! Join us for two events!
Tuesday, October 26th from 1 pm to 3 pm
Where: UIC Latino Cultural Center, LCB2
Get the tools to grow Guerrilla Gardens in your neighborhood, take a Plant home and learn about cultural connections, contribute to the Recipe Zine, create skull-shaped seed bombs to help preserve Monarch butterfly habitats, and honor departed loved ones through storytelling.
Thursday, October 28th from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Learn how to create Seed paper and share stories of your own sustainability practices.
